Nathaly Andrade is an economist, graduated from the Pontifical Catholic University of Ecuador (PUCE), in Quito. He has a Master’s degree in Economics from the Catholic University of Chile (PUC) and a Diploma in Impact Assessment of Public Policies and Social Programs Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL LAC), in Santiago, CL.

He is currently in the process of completing his Master’s degree in Public Policy at Rutgers University. New Jersey.

She has been a researcher at the Latin American Center for Economic and Social Policies (CLAPES-UC) and at the Ministry of Production, Employment and Competitiveness of Ecuador.

His areas of interest include Economic and Social Policies, Applied Econometrics, Data Analysis and Impact Assessment.

Among his publications are Fear and Politics: Evidence from the Ebola Outbreak and the US 2014 Midterm Election (whith Emilio Depetris-Chauvin) y Crime and (Price) Punishment in the Chilean Real Estate Market: The Case of Santiago (with Arturo Cifuentes).
