Daniel E. De La Rosa holds a Master’s degree in Data Science (MCD) from the Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo (INTEC), where he also specialized in Pure Mathematics and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.

In the public sector, he has worked at the Ministry of Economy, Planning, and Development (MEPyD) and the National Commission for the Defense of Competition (PROCOMPETENCIA). Additionally, he has served as a Consultant for the Ministry of the Presidency (MINPRE).

In the private sector, he has worked as a consultant for various institutions. He is proficient in the use of multiple statistical, econometric, and business intelligence software, data extraction, manipulation, and analysis processes, as well as programming in R and Python.

He has participated in and collaborated on research projects for institutions such as the World Bank (BM), the United Nations Development Programme (PNUD), and the City University of New York (The City University of New York, CUNY).

Currently, he serves as a consultant at the Pareto Consulting Group (GCPareto).
